In the middle of winter after spending a few days hiking in the Cradle Mountain National Park after a beautiful dump of snow, we were blessed with a perfect clear and still night. We went down at midnight to Dove Lake and were met with the perfect reflections in the water and millions of stars in the sky. All was silent except for the sound of the water freezing. We even saw an Eastern Quoll scurry down to the boat house and then disappear into the bushes. The absolute stillness in the middle of the night underneath this beautiful mountain is a moment in time we will be forever grateful for and are so proud to share with you.
